At the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance, we believe manufacturers play a vital role in shaping a strong, innovative, and resilient Idaho. Our advocacy efforts are centered around educating, informing, and connecting stakeholders to support a thriving manufacturing ecosystem.
We collaborate with industry leaders, educators, and policymakers to help shape thoughtful approaches to workforce development, technology, infrastructure, and economic growth. Our role is not to lobby, but to ensure that manufacturers have a voice in the conversations that matter most.
Workforce & Skills Development
A strong manufacturing workforce is foundational to a strong Idaho economy. We support efforts that expand access to career technical education, invest in apprenticeships, workforce training programs, and industry-led learning partnerships.
Our priorities include:

- Strengthening collaboration between industry and education.
- Supporting the development of hands-on learning programs like apprenticeships and internships.
Technology Adoption & Smart Manufacturing
