As our Temporary OMS, you’ll take ownership of cross-group initiatives while meticulously updating and tracking customer account information in our database, managing payment postings, and verifying orders. You’ll be the go-to person for addressing customer inquiries and resolving any delivery discrepancies, ensuring that our clients receive not just products, but also the outstanding service they deserve.

Responsibilities
· Answer phones, screen caller for requirements and redirect to appropriate ASU Staff/Department
· Manage department inbox to include incoming emails, response and follow through
· Conduct Lead Qualification and customer screening/due diligence within business rules
· Administer sales orders in compliance within business rules
· Act as customer liaison for order administration and delivery status
· Prepare sales quotation/bids for customers within scope of position
· Opportunity management and Follow up; Conduct Customer Account reviews
· Monitor sales orders and set delivery expectations with customers
· Tradeshow attendance
Requirements
· Associate degree in Sales or related field OR two (2) or more years sales administrative experience
· Team Player: Must be able to work well both independently and with others
· Must possess good computer proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Salesforce and Excel
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL is a plus
· Ability to multitask in a team oriented fast paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Must demonstrate analytical thinking, organization and meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent problem-solving ability
· Export licensing/ITAR experience preferred
· Program Management/Scheduling/ Complex projects experience a plus
