He decided to use the extra time to teach others the hard lessons he had learned. “He always says it’s all about the people that you know,” commented Eliza.

His how-to-weld classes and welding competitions have produced a steady stream of knowledgeable welders who understand what is expected of them because Jake provided free online training that wasn’t taught in school.
