Trinity Trailer- Safety Manager

Job Summary:

The Safety Manager is responsible for leading and managing all teams to improve overall safety experiences for team members. This person evaluates the effectiveness of safety programs and provides continuous improvements to processes and trainings, in collaboration with department leaders. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys collaborating to solve problems, is tenacious finding solutions, and passionate about safety being the top priority. This is an in-person role, based in Boise, Idaho

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage safety efforts, company-wide.
  • Continuous improvement and implementation of effective safety practices.
  • Develop and provide safety training curriculum for new hires.
  • Safety trainings and consultation for all Trinity businesses.
  • Monitor and coordinate regulatory resources.
  • Oversee compliance with permits and regulations.
  • Incident Commander regarding evacuations and emergencies.
  • Own accident investigation process.
  • Coordinate effective collaboration with external safety consultants.


  • Proven experience creating compelling vision for change, preferable to safety.
  • At least 4 years in previous, related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, in various modalities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Role requires travel ~25% of the time.
