The IMA Compensation Benchmark Report is a timely, statewide report that focuses on employer wages and benefits in the manufacturing industry. It compares regional and statewide data against national data to give employers the full picture that they can't get anywhere else.
Why should I participate?
The more employers who participate, the better information we can report on. Help us build a comprehensive, Idaho-specific compensation benchmarking tool.
By benchmarking your employee compensation package, HR and business owners alike are empowered with the knowledge they need to make educated decisions on where to allocate dollars into compensation. Understanding where you stand against your competition and other employers in the industry competing for the same workforce will also allow you to know how to design the strongest package to attract and retain talent.
